Sweet birthday!

Hello everyone!

Hope your all having a wonderful Saturday. Here in Sweden we're getting spring fever (although I know it could get cold and snow next week), with +7°C and the sun shining, I just love it! 

On today's card I've used a stamp set from Avery Elle, distress oxide and a stencil from Altenew for the background. I embossed the macarons with clear embossing powder to make them really shiny, and in my very messy ribbon box, I found this ribbon that matched the ink from Versa Color perfectly.

Today I played around with my distress oxides, and I also decided to use this stamp set from Concord & 9th. I've had it in my stash for quite a while, but I haven't used it until today. The sentiment is from Technique tuesday, and the tiny heart die is from Lawn Fawn.

Mandala birthday

Hello everyone!

Birthday season has begun in my family, today we've celebrated one of my sisters, and it gets the card making going:) Today I was inspired by all the mandala stamps creations I've seen lately, but since I have decided not to buy any new craft material for a while (wish me luck, but I really can't keep on buying stuff I don't have time to use, right?),  I had to dig deep (I knew I had it somewhere...) into my stash to find this Nellie Snellen stamp, woohoo! The colour combo is from the challenge at CTD; aqua, saffron, brown and yellow. So happy birthday again sis'!
